Meet Hayley
Hello, my name is Hayley. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of both the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My aim is to offer genuine empathy and support, helping you navigate life’s challenges, including grief counseling, and move towards personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
Sessions are available in several settings — within the privacy of peaceful private land in Newton Abbot, in a bright and welcoming office in Paignton, online via Microsoft Teams, or as walk-and-talk therapy sessions along the beach, which begin from my Paignton office. These sessions allow you to experience the calming and restorative benefits of nature while we work together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including self-awareness therapy, to meet your individual needs. I believe in the healing power of nature and connection, creating a serene and compassionate space for your journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

Whether in the comfort of your own home via our online grief counseling service, surrounded by the beauty and tranquillity of our private land in Newton Abbot, or within the confidential and welcoming office space in Paignton, Hayley’s integrative counseling approach provides a safe, grounded haven — a place free from judgment.
From the Paignton office, clients can also choose walk-and-talk therapy sessions along the beach, combining the soothing rhythm of nature with the gentle flow of conversation. This self awareness therapy setting encourages every individual to truly be themselves, make sense of their world, find moments of clarity, and discover compassion from within.
